Ford Willow Street

Professional Design & Construction was brought on board by a repeat client to design and construct a new Ford dealership on a visible commercial site with no public utilities.  We worked with the owner and township on the FIRST brand new FORD Signature 5000 dealership design for this area.  The 24,500 SF dealership is broken into two parts;  the showroom “display box” is a combination of aluminum and glass frames to accentuate the cars on display, and the new service facilities are state-of-the-art in the automotive industry. A covered 6-car service reception lane connects the showroom and service area and allows clients to pull in during inclement weather when dropping off and picking up their service cars.  The new facility utilizes energy efficient LED lighting and controls, as well as waste-oil, in-floor radiant heat.   To take advantage of the prime highway location, a three-level vertical interior vehicle display element was constructed in front of the service area to further accentuate and display new car models to the public.
