Chevrolet New Holland

Professional Design & Construction worked with Sauder Chevrolet in New Holland to update their existing showroom, customer lounge, service reception and service waiting areas. The construction was phased to allow for the dealership to remain in operation and minimize customer inconvenience throughout the entire project. The new showroom was constructed as Phase I while temporary sales offices were created behind the facility and in a temporary sales trailer on the site. The sales staff was then able to occupy their new showroom while the remaining Phase II office, parts counter, bathrooms and lounge areas were completed.
