Upon our successful completion of Jones’ Honda dealership project, Professional Design & Construction, Inc. was again assigned the single source contract and responsibility to similarly plan, design and construct Jones’ Pontiac-Buick dealership upgrade whose goal was to comply with the manufacturer’s new image enhancement standards.  The project demanded an accelerated construction schedule; the automobile showroom upgrades were completed within one month.  This short timeline was achievable because of Professional Design & Construction’s ‘in-house’ architectural, material procurement and construction staff who were able to review and approve material and equipment shop drawings for expedited deliveries to the building site for immediate installation.  Professional Design & Construction’s full-time, on-site construction superintendent closely coordinated, scheduled and inspected the work.
