Sunflower Veterinary Center

Professional Design & Construction, LLC (PDC) was engaged to work with Dr. Scandon in her start-up general practice veterinary center.  PDC developed a master layout plan allowing the Owner to start with one lease space of roughly 1,500 SF and provisions for future expansion to an equally sized lease space on either side. PDC designed and constructed the initial space to have enough exam rooms and supporting inpatient treatment areas in first phase, while allowing subsequent construction of additional exam rooms and business support with minimal interruptions to the practice. The goal was for Dr. Scandon to remain operational during a future expansion.
