Professional Design & Construction was engaged to complete a feasibility study to evaluate three existing building locations for Berks Animal Emergency Center. Using our experience in both design and construction, we were able to identify which site would best suit the Owner with regards to location, functionality and budget.  Our design team developed floor plans for this final location that allowed the Center to operate out of one area of the building while having the option to lease adjacent spaces.  We closely assisted our client through each step of the project, including zoning approvals, identifying and correcting existing building deficiencies, final floor plan layout, equipment selection and locations, odor and disease control, as well as final construction.
