East Goshen Veterinary Center

The existing East Goshen Veterinary Center was looking to expand their services to offer urgent care. An existing former branch bank building became available just around the corner from their existing practice. Professional Design & Construction worked with the practice to create a new roughly 4,000 SF modern facility. The new veterinary center offers a client waiting area, four exam rooms, a pharmacy, lab, and adjacent treatment areas. The surgery suite was designed to be separated into two individual procedure areas, and the old vault was repurposed to house the x-ray equipment. The site offers better visibility to the road, convenient access for clients, and provisions for future expansion of roughly 1,000 SF under the current drive-thru canopy area. The new facility was not only able to grow their existing practice but offer opportunities for further growth.
