Rossmoyne Animal Emergency Trauma Center

Rossmoyne Animal Emergency Trauma Center, a referral based client, sought assistance from Professional Design & Construction, Inc. (PDC) to determine the feasibility of expanding the existing emergency and referral practice to allow for additional specialty services, including accommodations for advanced imaging equipment, additional surgery suites, specialty doctors and a larger, more open critical care area.  PDC designed a floor plan that proposed to increase their existing leased operating space of 3,000 SF to the full lease capacity of almost 10,000 SF.  As a critical aspect to the project, PDC phased construction activities to allow the ongoing operation of the emergency and referral center and minimize any interruptions to services.
