Professional Design & Construction, Inc. (PDC) worked with Creative Ministries to plan and develop Phase II of the concert venue expansion, adding 7,500 SF to complement the existing Creative Ministries facility and increase their capacity for musical venues and performances. The new interior concert space replaced their seasonal “concert tent” which had been used for five years. Creative Ministries’ existing multi-purpose room was redesigned and converted into a 590-seat performing arts center with a unique view and mezzanine seating. The new 2,100 SF stage addition provides space for a wide range of performers, musicians and bands.
