Hunger N Thirst 

Lancaster family owned restaurateurs engaged the services of Professional Design & Construction, Inc.  (PDC) to assist in identifying a community- based location to create a dining experience that would include an exciting mix of a gastropub and unique food retail shop for patrons.  PDC analyzed various options and associated site and building construction costs; the result was the selection of a conducive site within walking distance of Franklin and Marshall College.  Our true single source design-build effort helped develop a unique eatery while adding an excellent dining option for guests from Lancaster, as well as college students and their parents.
