Faulkner commissioned Professional Design & Construction, Inc. (PDC) to provide full, single source planning, design and construction services for a new 20,000 SF sales and service facility on Faulkner’s 14.5-acre Cumberland County campus. Energy conservation and sustainability are important project aspects. Water conservation, for example, at the dealership car wash occurs by reclaiming wash water in a 2,500-gallon underground storage tank. Washing residues and impurities are removed through an underground filtration system, and wash water is recycled, saving both financial and natural resources. Operational and customer comfort aspects of the project include 12 service and express bays, administrative, management and sales offices, customer reception lounge, and showroom.
